We hired Bill since he gave the lowest estimate, could do the job in 3-4 days and said he takes credit cards. He claimed he was just starting out on his own after 20 years of working for a fence company, so no photos examples of his work. He tore out 3/4 of our fence and didn't return. He thought he didn't need to have utilities marked (he did), which added 4 days to the project. After 7 days, he told us he isn't set up to take credit cards yet and it doesn't look like it will work out. Meanwhile, our dogs are in a 10x10 flimsy wire fence and our classic car was broken into since there's no fence. We switched to a real professional instead.
