BEWARE - William T. Antley is NOT LICENSED contractor in state of Tennessee. You can check this at: www.verify.tn.gov What started out as a positive experience did not end well for us. Due to their inexperience with concrete work on 4,000 sq ft parking pad/driveway, it will cost us $18.000 to repair. They left several tasks unfinished. Our garage leaks in water on floor when it rains. They took a $10G deposit for fence work in Fayetteville and did not complete the job. They owe us a deposit of $9G back on a kitchen remodel job. They have ignored our calls and forced us to seek legal.

Mr Antley and his crew did a very fine job on the work they did for us. The work was done in a timely manner, and when they were finished they cleaned up everything. The only thing they left was a JOB WELL DONE!

Not quite done yet but impressive enough that we've added extra work to his contract. Will update if opinion changes after job is coveted.

Mr. Antley and crew did an excellent job of removing a bedroom wall and building a walk in shower. They did such a good job on these tasks I had them install a tile floor in the bedroom and half bathroom. They not only did professional quality work, but were very careful to minimize any dust and dirt in the rest of the house. I am very pleased with them and will hire them again to do other work on the house.

This change in our contract didn't phase them at all, and was complete in much less time than I expected. I would recommend this company for any and all repair/replacement/construction projects on your home. They were in fact enjoyable to watch, and weren't at all bothered by all the questions I asked. They actually made it (almost) painless for me to pay out of pocket the amount my insurance company wouldn't cover. Great job, and great personnel. I'll contract with them again in the future!

Did not build deck to code nor was willing to work to bring up to code. They left job without even finishing steps. They did not pick up after them self and left trash. The use of profane language and threats when talk about the above issues.

not on time - cost too much - not well equiped.

The biggest surprise, they worked on a Sunday and didn't add any additional labor costs. In and out within 3 hours and even cleaned just the way any professional would and should. Protected area furniture from dirt and also blocked the room to prevent debris from circulating. Thank you for offering this service to your subscribers. I now have a contractor that can and will work with me on EVERYTHING.
