Blue Planet Plumbing is amazing. I cannot say enough. They are professional, supportive , down to earth and timely. They explain what needs to be done, the cost of what needs to be done and usually within 1-3 days of approving you estimate the work is scheduled. They have helped me out on multiple occasions, were present same day on emergent situation to ensure all would be well with our home and safe. They made the situation safe and then came back to fix the problem. Their communication is unbelievable. We are still dealing with Hurricane Helene issues- due to previous uncommunicative and not trustworthy plumber. Blue planet fitness once involved in our needs have been indispensable ensuring our home's plumbing and all related is functioning well. The cost of their services are fair and expenses are known going into the project. I trust them completely. Thank you Blue Plant Plumbing for being there. Our water heater went on the fritz and it was Georg and his crew to the rescue. They figured out the problem, handled the warranty with the manufacturer and got a new one on its way to us. During this hurricane, I started panicking as we have electricity but no water and a pipe on the heater was hissing and dripping. They immediately took my call, calmed my nerves, and walked me through step by step of what to do to keep the heater safe and prepare it for when we get water back. So grateful for George and his team! Always in good hands with them.

Our gas water heater failed on Super Bowl Sunday. I got on-line looking for a repair. After reading their 5 star reviews I called. To my surprise I received a call the same hour, made an appointment for Monday morning 9am. They showed up, on time, gave me a reasonable quote. They took out the old equipment, installed a highly rated unit and were gone within 3 hours. The unit came with a 6 year warranty but they added free labor to the warranty. Very happy with their service

This was an expensive project, but we believe in reducing our "carbon footprint" so on-demand water heating instead of keeping our old 75 gallon unit hot all the time, seemed to be the right thing to do.

They scheduled me quickly, came and did the work. We're very personable and help me resolve another plumbing in the issue in the house, before leaving. I can definitely recommend them as quality service.
