They want to do good and be well known, but my experience was that they were too busy rushing to get done and on to the next job instead of properly focusing on the current job. Some of their work will have to be redone and I have an 8 entryway gate post they ran over and nearly ripped completely out of the ground.

"The reason for a rush is two things. One this customer was squeezed in my schedule in order to help out because he was in need ASAP. So we had no choice but to work fast . Also in this buisiness your either fast to make any money or you have to charge more. I choose be fast. This customer also was 100% satisfied and we only lacked hanging one gate so the job is yet to be finished due to no answering of calls or texts. I also was doing this last gate FREE OF CHARGE but yet the customer still owes me money and will not answer. Also as far as any work being bad I was not ever called if a problem arose. I always stand by my work. And the topic on the post, yes it was very dark outside with 0 lighting and no moonlight, customer had hay rings in the way of my exit and my very long trailer barely clipped his very weak existing post and pushed it over some. I called the customer and said I would repair for free. Once again he won?t answer so I can. I feel this review is unfair due to the job being incomplete and also feel that the customer used this as a tool to get the fence for the price he wanted in order to skip paying me what is owed"
