Williams Floor Covering Service

I needed a strip in my carpet replaced due to my pets. He came on very short notice... the following day I believe, and I'm sure he would have came that same night if possible! Great, quick, and quality job.

Great job. Very professional. Arrived with multiple samples with varying price ranges to assist in my selection. Arrived on schedule and completed the project as promised. Also hired him to stretch the carpets in other rooms - did a great job at a great price.

Wesley Williams did a great job on our carpet. He completed the job quickly and was professional and courteous.

Very pleased with Wesley's relaxed professional style. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on square footage I needed restretched (which was WELL under the estimates I had received from others). Came by the next day to take a look at my carpet and confirm his inital estimate and time frame. Was extremely accomedating when I had to reschedule the work. Was on time. Vacuumed up after he was finished. Completed the job within time estimates. Wesley is not pushy at all. He's straight forward and confident in his knowledge and ability.

Fast and efficient! Great job!

Wesley is very professional and is about his business.

Mr. Williams was prompt, accommodating, professional and very skillful. I am more than satisfied and very impressed with his services. I highly recommend him.

Wesley called me right away and came out the same day to give me an estimate to repair the 4" x 2" hole in my carpet. The quote was so good I hired him on the spot to repair. The entire porcess from quote to completion took about 30 mins. I would highly recommend Wesley for repairs.

I spilled a bottle of cleaner that had bleach in it on the landing of my carpet. The bleach stain was about 15" x 15". I used service magic to find a professional carpenter. This company responded to me within 5 minutes of submitting a request. They came to my home the same day and cut out the stained carpet and replaced it within 1 hr.

Williams Floor Covering Service was very quick contacting me and we were able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. We had Wesley stretch out an old carpet to eliminate ripples that had formed. The quality of service was outstanding and the price was very affordable.

Would definitely use this service again - highly recommeded.

Excellent service!

There when they said they'd be, did the work when and how they promised at the price quoted.

Mr. Wiilliams promptly got in touch after we submitted our search on Service Magic. He was out that morning to help repair our stretched out carpet. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone!

He was prompt to respond, ontime, friendly and Reasonalbly priced.

Williams Floor Coving Service is very Professional in Business and Mr. Williams stand behind his work. He and his Staff are very polite.

Arrived a little late, worked hard all day installing carpet on entire floor, 4 bedrooms - 250 squ yd and cleaned up. Mr. Williams cut the label off the plastic wrapping on the carpet so I could verify the brand and type. I had had problems with this with Home Depot installers bringing a lower grade and brand than I had ordered. Wesley was professional and personable and obviously knows his product and market. His price was competitive -lower than HD. He patiently provided samples and colors I had described to him and made recommendations. We are thrilled with the new carpet and the installation and I am an exacting and demanding customer!

Resonable prices, Friendly Workers, Excellent Work

He was quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We are extremely pleased with his work and asked for his business cards.

After calling several different carpet repair companies I contacted Williams Floor Covering Service, they were the only company who answered my call a little after 6pm. I scheduled an appointment the following morning at 9am and they were ten minutes early. Williams Floor Covering repaired a 15 feet long 1/3 wide seam that looks great and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again.
