No card, no paperwork, next to no tools (using mine), brought someone with him without discussing with me (did not let in), did not use the correct bracket screws, stripped one of the motor screws messing with it over an hour, I kept saying I would exchange the motor and to come back and finish tomorrow, first fan of two mind you. He was so unprofessional in the language he used. He never showed back up the next day ignoring my messages. Then after a review he threatened me and cursed at me, I had to go to the police. Are you kidding me? You could not find reviews on thumbtack, his excuse was they were hidden because he had so much work he could not take anymore, what a line of crap. He is a horrible person as you can see by the other ladies review also. What on earth is wrong with people?

BEWARE! Bill took my $500 then never did any work and refuses to return my money or do the work. He is a stealer, untrustworthy, and a liar. On 3/8/2023 I found Bill on YELP where he listed satisfaction guaranteed and that he was a veteran which is why I chose to hire him. Over the phone he quoted me a price for installing cabinets and also said he charged $500 for a day of work should I want to add any other handyman services. We arranged for him to start when the cabinets came in from Home Depot. On 2/19/2023 I texted him that the cabinets are in, and he said he could start between 7:30 and 8 am the next day and that he would need $500 to begin work. On 2/20/223 he texted he would be late and arrive at 11 am instead. He showed up after 1 pm, took my $500, and said he would return the next day. On 2/21/2023 he showed up 2 hours late and I told him to return the advance. And he would get it after he did a day's work. He left and never came back. I have repeatedly left text messages asking for the return of my money, so now I am leaving reviews. Shame on him.

He has always done excellent work for us.
