"Good morning. We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We were grateful for the opportunity to try and work with this client within the changing parameters and priorities that were given. Unfortunately, I did have to call law enforcement to assist due to concerns for the safety of my team. Yes, it is correct that the client paid $20,000.00 towards this job. While the original scope of work which the client approved and submitted for lending was in excess of $90,000.00, we were grateful to advance the project bit by bit over time with a scenario which allowed work to be completed as the client could afford to pay out of pocket. Four $5,000.00 payments were paid over a period of 3+ months at which time we completed work, sent progress pictures and videos, then moved onto other efforts. 40+ project related photos were sent between August and October 2025. We aim to stay in consistent communication with progress updates including photos, videos, map documentation, etc. during the full duration of all of our projects. Those wishing to vet our work via reviews like this are encouraged to see the photo gallery of this project. In it, you will see the work performed; clearing, grubbing, stumping, drilling seed for erosion control, and the culvert mentioned by the client in the review.
