Did not rate everything at 5 stars since have only used once so far. But job done was excellent. Mr Williams is very personable. Easy to work with him. Has a contract so nothing left to chance.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
These people are horrible
Response from Williams Property Maintenance LLC. Facebook
"I came to mow her lawn and it was a total mess. There was stuff all over the lawn and she was trying to move stuff while i was mowing. Her grass in the rear was over a foot tall and was wet. The lawn was barely 2500 square ft and there was dog poop all over the lawn! This property was a disaster and i was just mowing and trimming. I came back out to mow behind her fence after i was left a crappy message. I had no idea her property extended past the fence. This customer was uncooperative and hard to work for. There is nothing i could have done to make her happy except landscape her entire property for free!!!!! This was a 1 time mow and trim!!!"

JC will communicate with you promptly and give you a more than fair estimate for your job. Once he gets the approval he's on the job with the quickness then invoices you at the end of the month giving you time to budget for your project. A1 service WPM!!!

Joe was personable, polite, and professional. He went straight to work and didn't stop until job was complete. He would have scored 5 stars across the board had he moved the bed to clean underneath, as well as The same with a small light sofa. Great work though. Will use JC's again each Spring, and have recommended him to two family members already.

JC arrived early and exuded professionalism for his entire visit. His equipment is top notch and cleaned the gross carpet in our rental better than my husband or I ever imagined. I did not have the means to move the furniture around for JC to clean underneath however, he moved my couches to ensure every part of the living room was cleaned. The entire house looked and smelt so much better after he used his allergen cleaners. We will most certainly use this local business again if we need carpets or upholstery cleaned.
