My Home Warranty (CHW) select this company to install a complete AC unit. It took a while for the warranty company to get the parts. The company personnel kept me informed on the progress. When it was time to install the unit the owner Mr. Vince did the work the owner of the company, He was very pleasant to deal with and did an outstanding job. with my Experience with Aircreate Air Care LLC I would recommend them to my friends. I had to pay Non-Covered Charge that CHW didn't cover but was more than happy to pay. I have a new unit and my home is cool or cold again. Thank you, Mr. Vince Owner,.

I have known Vincent for many years, I am so proud of what he has accomplished, he and his staff are AWESOME. My home is an older home therefore it had never had central heating and air installed , Air Create said NO PROBLEM..It only took them a couple of days to get that unit up and running.. I am so glad I chose them

I would not even give them a star!! They ran my thermostat wire through the wall into the next room and down the wall into floor. I have wire coming out of my wall. . They also agreed to put in light fixtures and exhaust fan in. This was all put on my Alabama power bill. They asked me what my credit limit was. I told him and they bill it. They bill the Alabama power for the full extent of my credit limit. They refused to give me an invoice of itemized bill after calling and calling and calling and calling and texting and calling, they never return the call . I used different phone they would answer when tell me they where come in certain day and never show up. This happened many many times. . No work has been completed. I would not recommend this company to My worst enemy. If anyone is interested filling a suit against them contact me at { removed email address}

This was my experience with Choice Home Warranty Company and AirCreate Air Care LLC from Opelika, Alabama. Called Choice on 5/21/24. They assigned repair to AirCreate Air Care LLC. Tech showed 5/24//24 fast look at unit got the $85 service fee told me he would be back tomorrow with the parts. Called them 5/25 (Sat) “he is coming don’t know when”. Called them 5/26 (Sun) “can’t get ahold of tech”. Called Warranty company 5/26 (Sun) who said tech has not submitted claim yet for approval. Called tech again 5/26 (Sun) asking about submitting claim and was told they only do that once a week on Monday. Called Warranty company 5/26 and asked for different tech told that would start the whole process over again and was a bad idea. Called AirCreate 5/27 (Mon) “can’t get ahold of tech”. Called Warranty company Tues 5/28 and was told they received the claim, but it takes 48 hours to process and if approved the warranty people would ship the parts. Cancelled claim. Got local repair

Vincent and his crew were incredibly professional, efficient and SO pleasant to work with! They installed a new outdoor unit, redid some duct work, installed new vents, reconnected a dehumidifier and installed a new smart thermostat. Our A/C is running perfectly! Their pricing was incredibly competitive after being quoted much, much more by other well-known companies. I would recommend him and Aircreate Air Care over and over again.
