They're a great company to work with, they were on time. They were great in my book.

Did a good job fixing a major problem in sewer line that was causing backups in toilet, sink and disposal. No issues with quality of work. However, like other reviewers I did have issues with their timing. They were much later getting to my house than originally promised. Also, when I went to pay with check they said they preferred debit or credit. Then they charged me the transaction fee on top of the $675 it costs for the job. This drives me crazy! You don’t want a check, but you dare to charge me a fee for using a debit card?? That’s your cost of doing business! They said they would have the office refund the fee, but so far nothing. Very frustrating!

Came out late night. Fixed the problem quickly. Also found another problem and fixed it too Great work.

Very knowledgeable individual. Both Mr. Williams and his associate are very professional, protect everything as they are working, and make certain everything is in working order before they leave. The major problem with this company is that they have a very serious time management problem. Twice they did not show-up when they were supposed to. Though their pricing is on the high side, they quality of their work and knowledge of the situation make up for it.

Had water leak in underground line to house. They did what I wanted in fixing the leak and the cost was very reasonable. They also worked around our schedule to do the work which was great.

Very prompt. We called on a Sunday night and they called us that night and came out next day to replace water heater. Very professional and would use again.

Williams and sons came to replace our main shut off valve for the house and a shut off valve under the bathroom vanity. We called on a Friday evening and they were here within an hour for an estimate. It was more than We expected to pay when first quoted, but as We have learned from past experience- you typically get what you pay for. After needing to run and get parts, it was late so the work was scheduled for the following day. Mr. Williams is doing a great thing by teaching his young sons and nephew the trade of plumbing. The teenage boys were very respectful and polite. We were glad to be a part of such an endeavor of a father passing on a trade/gift to his children (if only for a moment). Mr.Williams went above and beyond what he was called to do by actually removing the old vanity for us and giving us plumbing tips for other issues that we plan to address in the future. We recommend this business for quality plumbing and will call on them again.

They came out the same day that we contacted them. It was 7:30 pm and they finished the job quickly. We will use them again for all our plumbing needs. Frank

My water heater died on a long holiday weekend. Williams and Sons came on a holiday and replaced my water. I'm happy with their work.

These guys did an excellent and fast job that they were asked to do. i just think that the variable that they gave me on price prior to the work went higher since he had to leave and go get some parts, not my fault. other wise excellent.

I had two jobs - a toilet leak and a leak by shower. The toilet repair was perfect. The service provider wanted to --troubleshoot-- the location of the shower leak - we were not sure where water was coming from. I contacted the service and explained we needed to figure out where the leak was coming from. I waited yesterday and he did not show - but did contact me after appointment was missed and told me he was delayed. I understand and we agreed to 5 pm today. It is 7 pm - 2 hours after scheduled appointment and I have not heard a thing. I believe this plumber is a good one - but he has trouble making appointments. Now I need to find someone else to finish the job.

The work was adequate but the estimate did not reflect the final bill. A little too heavy on the pencil at the end.

Williams and Sons were very polite and worked diligently. My only problem was with stating they would be here at a certain time but arriving sometimes 4 to 5 hours later without a call to advise they were delayed. My husband had hip replacement 2 weeks prior to this work and Mr. Williams took pictures and showed my husband what the problem was, then once the work was done he also showed pictures of the completed product. It was little more pricey than we thought it would be but were planning to replace the pipes anyway and we felt the price was fair for the work that was done. I would recommend Williams and Sons Plumbing as I do feel they were very professional when they were here.

Martin Williams was incredibly nice and was respectful of my home. He and his assistant were careful to cleanup any mess they made and took off their shoes at the door. The quality of the work was very good, but he was extremely late as he arrived at 3pm for a 10am appointment without calling until after the noon hour. His phone rings constantly and he needs to strike a better balance between answering the phone and completing the task at hand.

On Saturday April the 6th I discovered a busted pipe and had to cut my water off. I called Williams and Son that was on Home Advisors and asked them if they could come out. They showed up right after I texted them that it was getting late and probably too dark to repair that time of night. They fixed the first pipe and when they turned the water on discovered there were two additional leaks. They wanted $25 more dollars to fix the two additional leaks bringing the total to $275. He said he stands behind his work and would guarantee his work for two years. He said wait 30 minutes and turn back on. On Sunday morning we turned the water on to discover the two leaks were still leaking. I texted them letting them know the two leaks were not fixed and we still did not have water and didn't get a response. I called them Monday evening asking them when would they be back. He stated he was very busy and would try to get back Thursday and also said it is probably two different leaks instead of the leaks they fixed. I texted him on the 10th and stated I had paid him $275 and still did not have water and how would he feel if this was his family? He said he was coming at lunch time on Thursday at lunch time. They finally showed up at 7:30 at night and stated these were not the leaks they had fixed. I pointed to the new part they put on that was still leaking. I also said I just paid them for that, (the new part)so how could it be a different leak? He said he wasn't arguing with me and do what I had to do because he wasn't fixing and got in his truck and left. If they take your money and don't fix your problem and you have to beg them to come back out and they still lie and will not fix the issue, that tells you what type person you are dealing with. Will never hire again.

The owner responded via phone quickly. They came to my home when expected and provided us with a good price for the work that needed to be done. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They quickly resolved the issue and we've had no problems with what they repaired since. We have recommended Williams and Sons to a few of our neighbors.
