William was very courteous and informative. He came right out on the day that I initially spoke to him and he did his first treatment. He told us to wait 21 days and we would see a big difference. We started seeing a difference 2 hours after he left. Now, less than 2 weeks later we see no live bugs. His fee will be a little higher than what we were paying a major company but he is well worth it because he does a much better job than that company was doing. I would recommend Willie G to anyone that has any pests they wish to get rid of.
