I posted my job on Homeadvisor and Willie responded within 30 minutes. Within the next 30 minutes Willie was at my house. Within the next 30 minutes Willie had re keyed 5 locks for me and gave me what I would consider a very reasonable price. From the time I posted my job to the time it was complete was 1.5 hours. On a Saturday. I give this locksmith and his business 5 out of 5 stars. Nice to see there are honest guys out there who take pride in their work.

The job is to re-key the locks of my 5 doors. He told me one of locks is broken after he took it out. I was charged $25 more for a new lock. After he left, I found out the new lock didn't work. I can turn the key all the way I want but it won't unlock the lock. I called him and he came back next morning to fix it. Late afternoon, when I left my house and tried to lock the door with this new lock. the knob of new lock fell off. He came back next day (and late for his appointment) and finally fixed it. I would not recommend him to anybody.
