Don't hire!! Charles Willis added a new bathroom to my basement. His design skills were poor, his time management skills were poor, his organizational skills were poor. His finish work was so poor I fired him before it was completed. It barely passed final city inspection. I now have to hire another reputable company to come in to remodel my brand new bathroom. The shower drain was not done correctly, water pools; the shower head was installed on a wall were you cannot access the plumbing. His tile work and trim work were extremely poor. It's a disaster and it took him three months. Would not show up for days, would leave early, excuse after excuse. Save yourself a headache and don't hire this company.
