Immediately responded to my inquiry....from that call, estimate within 2 days and installation was about 1 week. Floyd, owner...was fantastic to work with. My renters said that the crew were also all professional and extremely courteous. I highly recommend Floyd the local business owner of Williston Heating and Cooling. And the Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioning have been in since last May and so far have been great.

Floyd came out on a Saturday, when our heater went out completely, when the temps had dropped down into the teens the day before, thanks to 30+ mph wind chill. We were truly grateful that he was able to determine the problem right away, which was a motor that had seized, but was able to find what was causing it, and removed the problem. It fired up right away. He was reasonable, friendly, and QUITE efficient. Thanks, Floyd! We'll be calling you again!
