Do not hire roberts family construction. The ripped me off. They charged me for a new roof and all they did was lay down material which blew off and ignored my calls. 100% happy with Wilmington city roofers.

After 2 other roofers couldn t find the needed repair, Warren came out, promptly found where the leak was, fixed it and charged a completely acceptable amount (with guarantee).

So rude and condescending and did not fulfill the job to completion. I understand the frustration of an old roof with several issues but that is not my fault nor his so there is no need to get rude and snippy with me about the issues. And to think that when I addressed that he was speaking to me in a rude manner, he went into victim mode and said I was questioning his character! It is not my fault you don't know how to speak to human beings and are unable to fix the roof issues completely. Keep your personal feelings to yourself and do your job. Thank you

The roofers, Warren and Will, showed up on time and were very courteous. They worked for hours in 95+ degree heat, without complaints. The job was completed in half a day, and no debris was left on site. Their price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them.

Contractor's website is misleading. It's a one man operation. Charged me over $500 to wrap aluminum which he didn't actually wrap. It was installed to just hang over fascia. The fix didn't stop my leak. Contractor says he went back out and applied some cement. Still didn't work. He was to come back out but stated his truck was in shop and it would be at least 5 days before he could return. Also left scrap with nails in it behind.

I would have been able to contact you to resolve your issues I do want to point out that I don't do aluminum wraps,I do aluminum metal capping but not wraps, had you informed me that you needed or wanted a aluminum wrap I simply would have recommended a company that does...if there is anything I can do for you to strengthen my integrity and allegiance to my company intact Feel free to contact me. It was a pleasure working with Warren. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. He offered me the best pricing and the project turned out very well. I am completely satisfied and will refer him to all my friends. Addendum- less than a year later After leaks and drips in several locations I had to have the roof completely redone. This was originally paid for by my insurance company. I had to pay out of pocket to have the roof redone. A 10,000 job. Not at all happy. Thanks again.
