Russ and his team did an amazing job. Very professional looking high quality work. This was done with incredible speed.Project was fully completed just 2 days after agreeing to have this done . Highly recommended.

The guys showed up on time. They were great! They did extra work for me. Very polite and professional. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

They did a great job, but it was expensive.

The only reason I did not give them a 5 for customer service is because I was quoted a specific price which I accepted and then I was upcharged for additional mulch. I was told that it's hard to predict in advance how much mulch will be needed but I feel that's the responsibility of the company. If they miscalculate, they should pay the difference (that's just good business.)

Russell, Jeremy, and their team did such an amazing job with our yard. We had recently moved into a new build and hired Willow Creek to landscape our yard. They removed existing turf in our backyard and front yard, planted several trees and bushes, mulched everything, installed pea stone for our new garden beds, and did it all quickly and thoroughly during the hot Summer months. We were so impressed by how kind and courteous the crew was and they always picked up after themselves every day. If we need any landscaping work in the future we won't hesitate to hire Willow Creek again and 100% recommend working with them. I've attached a few pictures of some of the work done for reference (we also had irrigation installed, so don't mind the grass!).

Professional-Meticulous-Skilled Hiring Willow Creek Land Design was the best decision I could have made! There were many companies to choose from but Willow Creek stood above the rest. It began with an immediate response to my inquiry and continued throughout the project. Communication and prompt response made the process easy. Each interaction was professional and pleasant. I asked for several project bids and needed several drawings to submit with permits, each request was hand carried within a day or 2. Willow Creek was the best choice for many reasons; their excellent management was carried through in the quality of their team. Johnny and his crew treated the jobsite, my property, like it was their own. They put plywood down to protect the area where they would be walking. Meticulously attending to the smallest detail, they worked like a well,-oiled machine, creating a wall I wanted them to sign when it was done! I am a designer myself and I am very particular, I see details many people could care less about. This crew is just like me! I was happy to see that one of Johnny's go-to tools was his level! I could not be happier and if their was a rating higher than 5 I would have given it. I called for a fall cleanup during probably their busiest time and they gave me a very reasonable quote within hours and scheduled an appointment in a matter of a couple of days. The crew was hard-working, polite, careful with regard to property and respectful of the neighbors. When they finished, I barely recognized my yard! It was completely cleaned of fallen leaves, debris and they even mowed my lawn!! I was so pleased I canâ  t wait to book them for my spring cleanup.
