Not business. Andrew did my lawn-car for many years until May of this year. My house had been on the market since Nov 2025 & his crew was coming once a month due to some personal issues for me not him but when it was time to come in June I received the notice Monday they were coming the next day but no one showed up the that wk. the next wk it rained most of the wk so I wasn't expecting them. I called the next wk but Andrew didn't return my calls or texts so I called the office & was told they would be there that wk, on Friday I called again & was told they be there on Sat. but again no show. I never received any notice that they weren't doing my yard anymore & sent Andrew another Text but again no response. I don't know why he did this & had to find someone else because my yard had not been worked for 7 wks & it ended costing me much more money because everything looked bad & I couldn't show my house during this time. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because he did pretty good before.

This contractor got the job done quickly and in a hurry. However, a certain quality of work is missing. My cable line was accidentally disconnected, I had to call the cable company to reconnect the cable. My fence was not correctly put back into place. Big tree parts were left uncut laying in the woods behind my house. Getting the trees cut down is their main concern and they are good at that; however, they need some improvement in the cleaning up process.

Andrew is incredible - He takes a lot of pride in his business and work performance. He thinks outside the box on how he can ongoing be of a service to you- he LISTENS to you! (which is a rarity these days) he noted my storm door shattered by a rock ; immediately informed me and took ownership; replaced the storm door promptly with no cost to me. I cannot say enough + things about his professionalism and honesty;

Very friendly and great to work with. I live out of state and was getting a house ready to put on the market, they came in and cleaned up the yard and made the final touches that it needed on the outside. FYI- the house sold in 5 days.

They did a good job at lawn mowing BUT THEY BROKE MY BACKYARD GATE AND DROVE OFF WITHOUT TELLING ME

Do to issues I got behind on mowing my lawn to the point where my push mower couldn't do the job. I went through home adviser and about 1 minute after putting in my issue Willow Creek contacted me. They were able to come out immediately and give me a quote as well as cut the lawn and weed my garden the next day. They did so well and had such a good price we hired them full time. Would highly recommend.
