A wonderful experience. The crew was so polite and nice. Randy our main point of contact was very communicative and helpful. He walked us through the whole process. We felt like we understood what exactly was wrong and how the approach taken was the one right for us. Would recommend Willow to any family or friends. ^_^

At 83 years of age I have had 4 new houses, of which I never had to roof replacement. Present house is 22 years of age. I decide Its time for a new roof. My neighbor had his roof replaced a couple of years ago. Through him I made contact with Randy of Willow Roofing. I was impressed with Randy from the beginning. He was always on time, would text regularly between 1st meeting to the last. I never had to call him to see if everything was on schedule. The bid he gave me was in line with another bid I had. Due to the way he had handled everything, I signed contract with Willow Roofing. He was very helpful with working with my insurance company in meeting with adjustor to finalize payment. Materials were delivered on time. As Randy had said, he stayed all day from beginning to end. One day job was completed. Made sure roofer was doing everything correctly. Randy also help on my gutter job that went very well. He also help me on another house project I was working on. I would highly recommend Randy. Willow Roofing replaced our roof and did an exceptional job. Our rep, Zecheriah, was very knowledgeable and helpful handling all aspects of our insurance claims, etc. The owners were on site most of the day…good guys! And the roofing crew was amazing. They did a great job on the roof and left the area spotless! I would highly recommend Zecheriah and Willow crew!
