Richard was so knowledgeable and a sweetheart he explained everything he was doing or going to do. I greatly appreciated that...you can send him to my home anytime. He unclogged drains, changed the rod and drain my my water heater changed my filters. Excellent service.

We had drains that were slow to drain. Goettle came twice, and got the drains to work better, but two days later, nothing was draining. We called a different company, that fixed the problem. Will not call Goettle again.
