Hired Will's Sprinkler Irrigation Service to startup my sprinkler system, adjust some sprinklers heads and perform a backflow test. The sprinkler system was started and the heads adjusted per my request. The backflow test was not performed. Contacted the company in late spring when I was notified by the City that I still needed to complete the back flow test. Contacted the company and was told they thought it had been done and they would take care of it. Last week i received another notice from the City that my backflow test was still not done and I was in jeopardy of having my water shut off. Contacted the company by phone, and text and have received no reply 4 days later. Hired another company today to perform the back flow test. I would not recommend Will or his company and will not do business with him again in the future.
