Worst experience. Some inexperience roofers. No communication. Roof not done on a timely matter. Unsafety skills. OSHA reported? One evening it rained all night. In the morning the the bathroom floor was all wet. Roof had been leaking all night after it was completed. Called company. Willy came by stated something was done wrong that's why roof leaked. He said he would be back to fix the problem. Never came back. Thank god it didnt rain if it did there would have been water all over the floor again. I guess he wasnt worried about that .Called roofing company regarding the leakage. His employees came by not knowing why they were there. ( no communication) Ithe problem was fixed?Don't know. It hasn't rained. Did inform his employees that we wanted to discuss our concerns with the owner. No call back. I text the company no response.

Such a positive experience! They started and completed my roof very quickly. They contacted my insurance company with me, which made it so much easier. The communication was as excellent. I was always able to reach Angel or Sergy by phone. They continually checked in with me, including when the project was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. This has been far and above my best experience working with any contractor!
