Mr. Lima also painted for us. He did an excellent job!! I would definitely allow him to work on my home in the future. Plus his pricing is very fair.

Wilmer and his associate David were pleasant, quick to understand, easy to work with, and very competent. I am already making plans to give them more work.

I needed a wooden fence repaired in two places and needed wall tile in my old kitchen painted plus the upper walls. Mr. Lima and his assistant were very capable, friendly, and very accommodating to my wants, changes, etc. I was very happy with their work and final cost, and will "Call Wilmer" again. This is a great Handyman!

There are "painters" (those who claim to have done it) and there is Wilmer Lima! I find him to be a THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND METICULOUS GENTLEMAN! The words "good enough" are not part of Mr. Lima's vocabulary! Indeed he goes to the extreme to make sure that his customer is happy with his work. His rates are beyond reasonable for the amount of effort that he put into our job. Mr. Lima charged us a fraction of what others quoted and gave us the same quality of work as if we had paid two or three times what we did. We would be pleased to hire Mr. Lima for future projects at any time!
