Mr. Wilmer is a very friendly and lends the appearance of a professional guy. He arrived when he said he would and was good at speaking about mold issues. However, I unfortunately cannot recommend this service since I don't feel that the $350 I spend on this was worth the services rendered. In addition, nearly a week after samples were taken I am yet to receive any results or feedback. Rather than a service like this, I would recommend getting a mold testing kit from a hardware store and test yourself. And if you suspect mold anywhere, starting taking drywall down or take up some flooring to check. This is what I did after not receiving results from this service, and I honestly wish I had done this from the beginning. A mold test kit is $10 and will give you a genuine result compared to a $350 service that has provided almost no benefit. I'd also like to note that I find it hard to believe the high rating on Home Advisor for this service. My experience with this has left me pretty skeptical as to the authenticity of some of these reviews since they are in direct conflict with my experience.

Mr Odell Wilmer was very prompt and professional. He is so knowledgeable in the different types of molds. I was so worried that my house was making me sick and he gave me peace of mind as to what was going on in my house. He was very thorough, even going under the house and checking for mold. I just want to add that he is genuinely a very nice man and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Mr. Odell is a very courteous gentleman. He showed up on time. Took more time with us explaining exactly what he would be doing. No mold was found. He did find that the A/C system is full of dust & dirt in the ducts. Gave his recommendations. Didn't try to sell anything to us, even offered to loan us his negative air machine just for the cost of his gas to bring & pick up. It feels good to have someone come into your home & not rip you off. I've had that happen in the past with a similar service. Honesty is so important; in these days & times you never know who to trust. Mr. Odell can be trusted. He is also very professional. Very nice!!
