Resolved to NOT finish the project.

Hugh did a fantastic job. Very nice guy and a fair and honest businessman. Easy to deal with, prompt, and did perfect work. Highly recommended.

He was the only one who showed up and gave me an estimate. Others said they would email. Didn't happen.

Completed the job on time, fair price, good workmanship. What more can you ask for, would hire again.

This contractor did a thorough job and even went a step further by explaining how the roof and porch needed coating at the seams to prevent water damage to the future. He offered me a quote and I accepted. I really appreciated his services.

Contacted Hugh a week or so before Christmas. Gave me an unbelievable estimate on the small rear roof of our home. One week later, Christmas Eve, it rains hard there is more water leaking into our home than before he attempted to fix it. Called him the Monday after, left a voicemail so forth. Rained again on New Year Eve... rain dripping in the same area. Waited for the next week to call guess what? No answer. Straight to voicemail. Do not what time you call or if you leave an urgent message, he will not respond. Very unprofessional coming from someone who swore they would not do such a thing. Do not hire this contractor. He lies about the work he performed to keep the estimated price. Contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not get a call by Friday.

We were in a severe emergency, and Mr. Hugh responded immediately through Home Advisor. The next day, he came to the house and gave us a price for the work we needed for them to do. Excellent! They were very professional, and our roof looks great. They showed us the pictures from the beginning of the job and the finished productâ very kind, courteous, and professional crew and contracting company.

Gave card out to friends, would reccomend. Did a great job.

They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable.

Hugh and his crew are phenomenal. They completely renewed our deck. They are on time, so nice, reasonably priced and all around terrific people. This is a family-run business as well. We will be hiring him again shortly to do a railing on our front porch. I am so indebted to Home Advisor for recommending him.

They did a great job. I highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and explained everything that they did; tended to a problem unrelated to the actual gutter, but in close proximity to the gutter. I highly recommend that if you wish to have congenial, professional, honest people around your personal property, doing gutter working related work for you, try them! At least, engage them long enough to compare their way of doing busy with other companies.

This company does not communicate effectively, It is important to keep the lines of communication open whenever a issue or problem requires. i feel insecure with dealing with the company because they have intentionally disregarded my concerns and avoided me in trying to resolve my issue
