Wilson exceeded our high expectations. Professional services performed with high quality. Work was finished on schedule and budget. The owners of Wilson Central Pools were a pleasure to work with. Water chemicals were not in balance, was non-existent, chlorine was at 12. Tech damaged the bottom drain cover so he put it upside down which caused the pump to suck air and damage the seal. Tech missed there was a worn-out check valve. I could go on and on.

"Jim, I?m sorry you feel that way and I wish you would of talked to me. In that regards, the main drain was never damaged and flipped over. Your lid broke in the skimmer for the main drain. When the equipment turned off it popped up and flipped over. Also, we encountered a TON of leaves and debris at your house so we had the chlorine a little high. I have weekly readings from your pool water and never did I see the chlorine over a 5. The check valve being worn out is something that occurs in a swimming pool, I also pointed it out and fixed it. When we came in your pool was a complete swamp and we cleaned out a ton of leaves and got it swimmabl"

Swimming Pool Remodeling
Mark and the team at Wilson Pools were complete pros during our recent pool renovation project -- replaster/retile, remortaring of stone around the pool, and pump overhaul. Mark was very communicative about all aspects of the job prior to getting started, and was on site each day during the project to make sure things were going as planned. In the end we were very pleased with the results and the high quality work that Wilson did for us -- I highly recommend this firm.

Mark at Wilson Pools is outstanding to work with! Never had better customer service and attention to detail during a project (this time it was our pool deck resurface project.) We re planning on an interior pool resurface later this year, and Mark is definitely our guy! We re very pleased with the end result, and highly recommend Wilson Pools...you won t be disappointed! We d give Mark more than a 5 star rating if we could. He s definitely is a perfectionist and there for you ...which is hard to come by these days. We re so appreciative of a job well done.
