I would like to highly recommend Wilson Heating and air. These wonderful people were recommended to me via a friend and I couldnâ t have asked for a better company to address my needs. I had already done my research on what I needed via a home inspector and a family member who owns a similar business in another state so I knew roughly what I needed and the price. The Wilson team conducted a thorough investigation and made very reasonable recommendations and suggestions for improvements outside of their business on how best to address my air conditioning needs. To my pleasure, they came in under my estimate, didn't attempt to up-sell me, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual while being able to schedule my home very quickly even in 100 degree plus weather. There were follow up visits to tweak the new system which was worked into my schedule and part of their wonderful warranty coverage. There were never any complaints and it became clear of their priorities, customer service, quality products and workmanship, and finally pride in making the customer happy. No one likes to spend money on air conditioning needs however Wilson Heating and Air will make the process as easy as it can possibly be. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase experience w/ them and if anyone has an AC need, I suggest you start with them, you wonâ t regret it. Thx Wilson Heating and Air, I appreciate it!

I would definitely recommend Wilson HVAC. We recently had our furnace and A/C serviced by them. The tech was very professional. Went over the system. Addressed all of my concerns. Answered all of my questions. Told me everything he was doing. Very trustworthy. I will be using them to service my system going forward.

I did not have to wait long for an appointment. The technicians were friendly, honest and got the job done as planned. One issue occurred due to a part problem, but this was quickly taken care of after I called. Highly recommend Wilson.

Update 7/17/18 Gave company a chance to make things right. Upstairs wasn't cooling as well as before. Even with such terrible, nonexistent customer service last time I gave them benefit of the doubt. Perhaps they were going through a tough time. Called today and did get a call back. Wanted to charge a trip fee even after they hadn't lived up to their part last time. Really unfortunate. Would not recommend this company at all. Hate to offer such a low rating but have no choice. Office staff was nice as was tech. Service after the call has been terrible. When tech was here he said give us a call if the air flow isn’t balanced just right and we’ll come back out and readjust. Called three days after service and was told I’d receive a call back to schedule. No return call. Emailed company a couple of days later and again no response. Called again yesterday and left a message. Still no response. Can’t recommend this company at all.

They did an awesome job, out of all the people I had come out they had the best value, and they did an amazing job. If I have any heating or air problems they will be the first person I call.

Cleaned up was very well and they were very polite.

I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson Heating and Air. They responded quickly and once on site, had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They provide superior service for an extremely fair price.

Wilson Heating & Air is hands down the best company to hire for all of your heating and air needs. Our duct work needed to be replaced and the entire job was complete so professionally. I am looking forward to replacing my unit in the future. Also, unlike other companies, Wilson Heating & Air will not take advantage of your wallet and will give you the information you need to know. Travis came out to fix my gas pack the same day I called. He was on time, courteous, and was able to give us options on our repairs and did so (honest). Since I am a woman I felt like Travis treated me with respect and he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Travis and his company.

Travis is awesome. Called Wilson Heating and Air the other day to have my heating system fixed. They were able to fit me the same day I called. Travis was on time, explained everything to me and was able to fix the issue quickly for a great price. I would definitely recommend them.
