I know it is been hard with this unprecedented pandemic BS but you still can not send workers in a customers home that can not work unsupervised. Worse than the countertop installers was the painter. On a positive note, Bob the tile man is the best.

Never saw contractor again after job started. Had 2 water leaks under new sink. Subcontractor used unlicensed **plumbers** First leak, Wilson said it would be 5 days to get someone there. Second leak, the subcontractor refused to come back. Both times I called a real plumbing company to fix leaks, which was more expense on me, for mistakes the contractor was responsible for. It was a small partial bath remodel, new vanity countertop, sink and faucet, new toilet, and all cabinetry repainted along with window frame. I am sure he had much larger jobs, but not a good excuse. Do not believe his 3 Year Warranty. The guy that was in charge of doing the counters came 3 times to measure and would not send plumber. the first thing they did was install a toilet which i he stored until it was ready to install. When they got ready to install the sink and installed the sink backwards. They got this corrected but created leaks in the plumbing. I texted to let them know there were leaks and the washers were not installed.

Brandon Wilson runs a very good business. He arrives when promised, his helpers arrive when promised. They go the extra mile to make sure that every detail is handled. I will be making repeat calls for them to come fix things for me!

I hired Brandon in March 2019 to do the contracting for a complete kitchen remodel on my 1960’s era home. The job included a complete rewire of the kitchen/dining room, moving plumbing, adding insulation and new drywall, tearing out the floors down to the subfloor, new French doors, the list goes on. All of his subcontractors did excellent work and I am beyond happy with the job they did. Brandon did an even better job of keeping everything on budget. When I get ready to redo the bathrooms I’ll be calling Wilson Home Services again.

We contracted Wilson Home Services for a pretty large remodel job on our house. We moved wood paneling throughout the house, installed new flooring and baseboards, walls repainted, kitchen/bathroom cabinets painted, busted pipe fixed, and transformed a large garage into an additional bed room that required extensive flooring, drywall, and electrical work along with installation of a mini-split heating & air unit. The entire project took from November to early February (breaking for the holidays). The level of their workmanship, straight forward pricing, staying on budget, and Brandon's availability to communicate and answer questions are the biggest reasons I would highly recommend them to anyone. Only constructive feedback I have would be around small details (which they ALWAYS followed up on when I asked) and their communication around when people would be working (got surprised one Saturday morning). Overall, they did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using Brandon and his crew the next time we want something done.
