We had a broken water heater needing to be looked at by an electrician. When we called Wilson, who we have a membership with, they said they didnâ t have an electrician on staff and recommended someone to look at our water heater. A plumber at Wilson also reached out to offer us assistance with a replacement water heater if the electrician wasnâ t able to resolve our issue. We decided to replace the water heater since ours was already very old. We were insanely overcharged for a $900 water heater and 3 hours of work in an easy access location. At the time of payment, there was a misunderstanding on price as we receive a member discount, so we thought we were paying $1,300, which we felt was reasonable. When we checked our bank statement the next day, we saw that we were charged $3,300 (a $700 member discount was applied to the $4,000 total). We contacted Wilson to discuss the misunderstanding, which they rationalized the price by saying parts were expensive, while in the same conversation confirming they installed a $900 water heater. They couldnâ t give us a cost breakdown to explain or show why labor cost $1,000/hour. I then got quotes for water heater replacements from other plumbing companies â most of which were less than half the price and the closest quote being more than $1,000 cheaper than Wilson. I shared this with our contact at Wilson who said the owner would refund us at least $1,000 (but couldnâ t confirm an exact amount) due to the major discrepancy. We have been waiting for three months and have received no refund. I have called the office several times and been told my call would be returned, which it never has. Now our water is not staying hot and we canâ t even get them out here to service our home or cancel our membership since they ignore our calls and messages.

Jose Ramos did a routine A/C check and replaced 2 parts - one part had failed and the other was not performing to spec. It was a pleasure dealing with Jose - professional and knowledgeable. I will specifically ask for him for any future HVAC work.

This review covers 3 visits in December for plumbing and electrical inspections as well as a plumbing repair. I am very pleased. 4 technicians helped me - Eric, Chase, Adam and Shelby. All were very professional - knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and courteous. It was pleasant dealing with them. I'm most happy with the time they took to really understand the problems. I will continue to use Wilson and recommend them.

My tub In my 1936 home was completely clogged, partly due to very wrong plumbing work by someone else (probably not a plumber). I got a price from a well known company that really preferred to sell me a whole house re-plumb rather than fix the problem at hand. So I had to get another price and the guys from Wilson Home Services got it done for a reasonable price and timeframe. I would recommend them.

Prompt and professional

This is a very professional company that cares about the customer and will make it right. My technician was Ronnie Collins, who resolved all my problems and I highly recommend him.

They were punctual and professional but extremely expensive. Fixed nothing and quoted me an outrageous number. No way I would ever hire these guys. Brought in another AC company at 1/3 the prices. Avoid.

A/C tuneup was done today by Ronnie - he was very pleasant and professional. I will continue using Wilson and most highly recommend them.

Wilsonâ s Home Service provides professional repair and maintenance along with a courteous and respectful team to get the job done. I mean with the scheduling delays and COVID concerns, they ensured that we were a priority for safety and resolution of the repairs we needed! We just had to take time to let others know how much we appreciate their seasonal check up on our HVAC, plumbing and and electrical systems as the original owner of our 55 year old home!
