Needed quick service on leaking guest bathroom toilet and tub. Wilson McLain answered the call immediately and had someone out to take care of the issues in less than 3 hours. Did a great job fixing the problem, but they seemed a bit pricey for the type of work done. Considering the quality of their work and quick response I was fine with paying a little more.

They were swift, Identified the problem and repairs in less than 2 hours. They were up front about all the possibilities (worse case scenerio) before they started the job. Kept me informed of the progress as they went so there were no surprises and I understaood what they were doing and why. I was left feeling confident and releived it was not a s major as it could of been. Their tech. Steve was patient and thorough through his explanations and my questions.
