Fridge was having issues freezing up and then not cooling. The technician assured me it was fixable by just replacing a part and that it was such a great unit and it was better to fix it than buy a new one. We were in favor of buying a new one. But unfortunatly we lietened to him and did the part replacement. Low and behold less than 1 month after the 100 day warranty the exact same issue comes up and the fridge is unusable. All they offered was to lower the cost of a new assessment from the $65 to like $45 and then full cost of the repair which was nealry $600 the first time. Absolutely horrible customer service I will never use them again and will go out of my way to make sure anybody I know does not use them either. I feel like I was straight up scammed and now have to buy a new fridge after being assured it would fix the problem. Forgot to mention he went and actually did the repair without even finalizing with me and giving me an estimate. If I knew what it would have agreed.

Amazing and Awesome experience!! From scheduling an appointment to Misha the Technician. Misha was very informative about what needed to be done and Repair was done same day !! Very pleased definitely recommend this Company will keep them in mind in the future for sure !!

The technician who came, Misha was not able to fix my refrigerator because it was a used Frankenstein fridge that came from an unscrupulous used appliance store. He said that the previous repair on the fridge was a fire hazard and was a disaster. And could not be properly fixed. I also asked him what other refrigerator I should buy and he had good advice.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats.

Absolutely amazing they showed up very professional. Got the job done ✅

I scheduled the second half of a repair [ball bearing] to my Maytag ; it had been delayed by 9 weeks by my cancer diagnosis and chemo. I was assured in a text that my written [I have a copy] estimate was saved in their computer system. The next day the tech arrived, took the back off my washer, took pictures with his cell phone, told me ?it needed a ball bearing and then everything would work fine,? and left. He was in my apartment no more than 20 minutes. He did absolutely nothing to complete the repair. I called W-M and was transferred to Alex. Alex said he ?would look at the pictures? and try and decide if W-M could do the repair for the amount quoted in my written estimate. Seriously? You are going to try and decide if you can be as good as your word? Alex said he would call me back. He didn?t. I have open wounds from chemo and no way to keep my clothes clean.

Had work done on dishwasher and then replaced garbage disposal. Work done promptly and clean up of area done. Highly recommend this service firm.
