Called them on a Saturday and Vinny was at the house within 30 minutes. We ended up needing to get our water heater replaced. Vinny explained the benefits of switching over to a tankless water heater and coordinated with David on his team to ensure they had the materials and specs correct as well as pricing. Vinny and David came first thing in the morning on a Sunday (every other company told me Monday) and got the job done in a very professional manner. We will definitely be using them for future needs as their level of service and knowledge was superior compared to other shops.

I would not recommend Rapid Response Heating & Cooling based on our experience. From the beginning, the entire process felt very shady and unprofessional. We were initially told that there was one issue with our air conditioning system. We were then sent multiple invoices totaling over $1,900 for work that had never been clearly discussed or explained to us beforehand. We were extremely frustrated and confused by the additional charges and the lack of communication surrounding the work that was supposedly being done. To make matters worse, while the technician was in our attic inspecting the unit, a bin fell and put a hole in our wall. When we brought it up, the technician proceeded to tell us that he didn't touch it and that it simply fell on its own. However, the bin had been in the same location the first time he went into the attic and did not fall then, which made the situation even more frustrating. We were told that a supervisor would contact us regarding repairing the damage to our wall. We never heard from anyone. No follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. The combination of unexpected charges, poor communication, damage to our home, and the lack of follow-through from management left us with a very negative impression of this company. We will absolutely not be using Rapid Response Heating & Cooling again and would encourage others to be very cautious and make sure every repair and charge is clearly explained and approved before allowing work to proceed.
