Great company to work with.

Great people and dependable!

Horrible experience. They were supposed to open my pool and service it ongoing. No communication. We schedule. They no show. I call. We schedule again for the next week. They finally come and all they do is remove the pool cover and throw it into the woods like trash. I call and ask why they didn’t open the pool. They tell me they can’t come back for another week. This week is that week, and they no showed again. No call. I call, they don’t call me back, I call again. I tell them it’s not working out due to all the communication issues and lack of actually doing anything, and they send me a huge bill for “opening my pool”. What a complete joke. Avoid this company like the plague.

Diego, Tiffany, Carlos and the entire Wilson team did a great job with my vinyl liner replacement this spring! From helping to select the new liner pattern to removal of the old liner, installing the new and pool start up, the job went great and the finished product is like having a brand new pool…thanks Wilson Pool, for your outstanding customer service and installation.
