Hired to clean up yard debris he left all the leaves and said he underbid the job so in order for him to clean up the rest I would have to pay above bid price since there was no contract in left cleaning up the stuff he did not want to mess with my understanding was he would clean it all he only took what he could burn left all the trash even though there was a trash can for him to use I think he gives a low bid so you hire him then says he underbid the job and makes you pay him more to complete the job since he underbid he should have eaten the cost and time and cleaned it up right not leave it and tell me you want it cleaned the rest of the way pay me more he stated I would like to do a better job but I am new to this and underbid the job if you want the rest cleaned up its gonna cost more if I wanted to clean it myself I would not of hired him.

Cain called me regarding the project in a timely manner and set up a date within the week. He was able to load everything quickly and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!
