"I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the work you received. We strive to make our customers happy, but as you were told in the estimate, we recommended that some of the drywall should be replaced which you declined. Bad drywall is more susceptible to cracking along the seams making it very hard to finish. We offered to redo the work which you also declined. Again, I am sorry for your dissatisfied service."
