Beware!!! the 5 stars, notice the low star comments all have similar complaints about Dan Wilson. I wish I had paid more attention to them! After paying Wilson, I could never get a hold of him again. I submitted his survey to the county for my project but serious errors caused the survey to be rejected. I left numerous pleas for help but he wouldn't return my calls so I was forced to hire another surveyor. I found out later that Dan Wilson is not licensed or insured. My warning...understand what is required so you can spot a bad survey. Not all surveys are equal. The quality depends on the character of the surveyor.

I would not hire Wilson Surveying again, after he gets paid, he dosent care, so if u hire him, dont pay him in full, wait until the job is done 100 % complete.

Surveyor came and only put in a few stakes saying he'd be back in a couple of days to finish putting in the rest of the stakes. He never returned to finish the job. He never mailed us the paper survey. He cashed my $300 check. He has not returned any of our many many phone messages in the last month. We need a refund because we did not get the physical survey OR the paper survey.
