Mr. Larry [Consumer Name Removed] of Yerington Nevada; (Estimate# 4899 Received 4.10.2024, Work Completed 5.13.2024 Invoice# 2945); It’s unfortunate you’ve failed to mention your job was completed 45 days ago and this is the 1st time we’re hearing anything from you at all, if you felt some kind of way about the work you received then why when you completed the walk through at the end day with the Foreman and the Owner did you not mention any issues with the work completed, or when you shook the Owners and the Foreman’s Hands and handed them your check before we left, or any time prior to Now? It’s interesting how adamant you are now, 45 days after the job was completed, jumping from one platform site to the next slandering us when you had ample time to reach out directly with any concerns you might have had, I mean you’ve shown us you have complete access to our Phone Number, Email, and Advertising Sites, yet until now you made no effort to make any contact with us at all? You failed to mention the insecticide treatments on your bug infested trees at No Charge to You, No Mention of the Arborist Consultation you were given at No Charge to You, No Mention of the Large Siberian Elm Trim that you Added On to the work order that was completed at No Charge to You. Forgetting to mention you were onsite with the crew all day while they Deadwood & Structure Pruned 25 trees on your property, not once during that day or at the end of the day did you make any mention of any issues or concerns, on the contrary during the walk through you expressed complete gratitude and appreciation for doing “such a great job”, in your words.. The accidental damage to the sewer clean out you oversaw being fixed by the Owner, which until now is the first we’re hearing anything of. Larry had you not been on the jobsite with the crew THE ENTIRE DAY, had you not done a walk through with Both the Owner & Foreman and had you reached out at any point before now (45 days later) your negative posts might have some validity. Just wondering have you installed a drip line or are you still watering by hand? Have you made any tree wells? Have you applied any mulch? Have you fertilized your trees? These were all suggestions given to you to aid in the growth of your trees. Now if there is any new die back, which we can only assume there is, would be a direct result of your trees not being watered sufficiently and/or not getting the nutrients they need from the soil, hand watering 25+ trees on an irregular schedule in the Yerington desert increases your chances of die back significantly, and like we mentioned on the phone, we are not responsible for any new die back 45 days after the fact or from lack of water & nutrients. After going over your account you made mention to both myself in the initial call, the owner during the estimate and again with the foreman and owner during your walk through that you had a company come out in years past and they “ripped you off”, your words, which company was it that? Nonetheless, at the end of the day, we completed your work as listed on the invoice, you received a great deal, we gave you suggestions to improve your trees’ health and growth and that’s all we can do. Have a great day! Wilson Tree Works
Friendly, prompt. Removed three small/ medium bush stumps. Good at connecting with customer.
Very personable. Very quick. Very thorough.
Knocked down a big locust that had come uprooted. Worked Saturday to fit in schedule before the next wind storm.
would recommend them
My first was very positive. Scott the foreman worked along side of his workers and dice I was working in my garage, he would ask me if I saw something needed, just to ask, which I did and he took care of a couple cuts. They showed up on time and were very conscientious. Cleaned up before leaving.
They were great, friendly and did a excellent job. Did just what was asked and explained any questions I had. Would recommend them to anyone. They are busy, but worth the wait. Thanks again to Bob and the team.
Great communication and service!
Wilson Tree Service managed to work around all the recurring snow storms and a high mound of ice. They trimmed several trees and shaped them nicely. They removed the largest maple and removed giant roots. Their employees were friendly and responsive to my requests. They cut out a giant snake like root that I called the constrictors. I will hire them when needed again.
loved the way they managed to give the trees a healthy but artistically pleasing prining
