My grandmal hired this man to repair her fridge, the man came out and pulled the fridge out ruined the floor and didnâ t fix it, left to go get the part, and was gone for 4 hours, told her that he would be gone 1-2 hours, came back replaced the part left the fridge out! Told her that she would have a one year warranty on the work, he also told her to make the check out to him personally, and didnâ t even give her a receipt for the work. How is she suppose to have a warranty with no receipt? She has been trying to get ahold of him and he wonâ t answer the phone and his mailbox is full. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN , HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR GRANDMOTHER.

I paid $670.00 to have repairs to kitchen appliances. He said he needed parts and would return for the repair. Nothing was fixed...He actually admitted that he could not get parts to repair the appliance and would refund my $670.00. What a joke! He never refunded a dime and when I told him I would report him he told me that I could call Jesus Christ for all he cared. Beware of this man!

He came within two hours of my call. Diagnosed the problem with my fridge. Had to go for parts, but was done shortly thereafter. And cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with the service.

Unprofessional behavior.

Called Keith Wilson to repair my Dryer. The dryer would turn on, rotate, but not heat. Keith came out, took the dryer apart and said the heating element was fine, but we needed to replace the high limit overload sensor. I asked him for a cost, and he said $245. $65 parts and $180 labor. Seemed a bit high, but I agreed. He was done in less than 20 min. He said the dryer was working, collected his money and left. I was not over his shoulder when he completed the repair, so I did not immediately verify if the dryer was heating. Shame on me for letting him get out the door without verifying in front of him. As soon as he walked out we ran the dryer and had the same issue. Dryer turned on, rotated, but didn t heat. My wife called him and he accused us of doing something wrong. I then sent an email to him explaining the situation, and asked him to come back out since he said he would warranty his work. He never responded to my email. We texted him and he responded. He said he would come out the next day. He never showed up. We texted him again. He said he would come the next day. Same thing...never showed up. He has since stopped responding. We called a different company. The technician came out, took the dryer apart, and agreed the heating element was fine. He stated that the sensor (that Keith installed) was the wrong part. He removed the sensor and replaced it with the correct sensor. Guess what? The dryer turned on, rotated, and heated right away. We paid this technician $235, but he got the job done and was very professional. In my opinion, Keith Wilson stole $245 from us. He put the wrong part in our machine, it never worked, and he did not honor the warranty,. He never came back to fix the problem. That s pretty much theft where I come from. He s obviously dishonest, so I would never trust this man in my home again.

He called within 5 minutes of my request for bids and came that evening! Good man!

Very prompt, explained the cost up front, ordered the part & repaired the ice maker the day before our Christmas party. Very pleased with the service.

He replaced one part and had to make a long drive to get another part, so that I had a working refrigerator by end of the day. Friendly.

The job was unprofessional. No professionalism at all.

He found the problem but found more problems and recommened for me not to repair because the cost would be nearly the same as buying a new washing machine. I really appreciated his honesty and will call him if I have another appliance needs repair.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday Morning 10AM - no show - I called him at 10:30 and asked when he would arrive - said sometime in the next 2-3 hours - called me back after 2 more hours and said we lived too far away was cancelling our service request

didn't fully check issue. told us to buy another appliance. very abrupt.

Keith came, confirmed it was a non-operating laser sensor light that was causing the ice maker to not work. When he called for the part, he found it was around $300. Needless to say, he recommended ice trays until we decide to replace the refrigerator and charged a trip charge of $65. Common sense attitude!

did not fix problem, did not honor 90 day warranty after replacing expensive electronic relay board

BEWARE. Only good part of this experience was that he worked around my schedule but sometimes showed, sometimes did not - was always on his way. Charged $75 on initial visit to assess then $450 more when he brought parts. Refused to give me a receipt other than a Square receipt (text message). Replaced ice maker and ice bin and would not give me receipt for those either. After he replaced icemaker, new part was spraying water all over freezer and in bin. He said it needed a new auger motor (dispenses ice) but was unable to stop water from spraying. Said he would refund part of my money, check is in the mail but never did.

Keith Wilson was very diligent in repairing my ice maker. it took a couple of trips to get the right parts, which flowed over from Friday to Saturday, but he completed the work as promised. Would call Keith again.
