Wilsons Appliance Repair

I would not recommend anyone use this company for any kind of repairs. My home warranty company sent this company to my house to repair my dishwasher. Their technician was Winston. On his second visit he begins the repair and he cut my water pipe. Water instantly flooded my hardwood floor. He called another company to come and dry the hardwood. They ripped up the baseboard and shoe molding and started the drying process. Their fans had to tun for 3 days at my expense. That was in September. It is now December, and the job still is not complete. Mr. Wilson will not answer my calls, nor will he respond to any of my messages. He will not pay the company they sent out to dry the floor so they will not finish the job. Do not waste your time with Wilsonâ  s Appliance. they will be your worst nightmare.

I loved the customer service and timeliness! I called on yesterday and they were able to give me a quick appointment. My technician, Winston, was very friendly. He smiled, and worked quickly, and efficiently. He offered advice on other things in my home. I will be calling them again soon for other services. I highly recommend them. I am not sure how many techs they have, but Winston was AWESOME!!!ð ð ð

Don't use this service. Customer service is the poorest I have ever received.

I hired Wilsons appliance repair to install my over the range microwave. The work was done fast. I asked for an invoice to prove to my warranty company that a professional did the installation and two weeks later no response. I finally got my invoice. Thanks

They made it out the same day, and helped me with my fridge not staying cool.

Unfortunately, the repairman was unable to resolve the issue with the unit during his visit. Then it was identified that his service of the work he did provide was not the issue. Additionally, after further research his prices were extraordinarily inflated. I do not see why Home Advisor would allow this caliber of company within their community. This, in my opinion, is the fault of HomeAdvisor, their filtering system is faulty which allows for poor companies within the community.

If you cannot say anything good, then say nothing at all. Lets just say my refrigerator still isn't fixed and I need to contact someone else. This should tell you all you need to know.

Very responsive. They called me immediately and set up repairs. They were very user friendly and saved us $$.

The way that they carry on with their customers shows they're really good people. It makes everything a great experience when you have great customer service skills.
