I would NEVER recommend Wilson?s Home Products. I ordered a FRAMELESS shower door for my lake home at Timber Pointe. That is NOT what they installed, and I NEVER authorized a different door. After installation, I was told they could replace it with what I actually wanted?but it would cost nearly DOUBLE the original quote AND leave holes in my shower tile from the first installation. Their solution to installing something I didn?t order was basically for ME to pay substantially more to fix it. What did they offer me? NOTHING. No rebate, discount or adjustment. Owner Troy personally showed up at my house to collect payment and promised he would speak with his sales rep and call me back. He never called. When I complained, his assistant called and claimed I had agreed to the change. That conversation NEVER happened. I only spoke with her about scheduling. They got paid in full. I got a shower door I didn?t order. Absolutely terrible customer service.
