Small Size Appliance Repair or Service

They came out to my house to repair a Amana washing machine. Two weeks after the repair the machine started doing the same thing not draining after a wash. I was told by a technician that I had a 90 day guarantee. I recently called back for someone to come to my house to make good on their guarantee. I called back this past Monday and left a message noting the situation and that I had a 90 day guarantee. I?ve heard nothing from anyone from this business. I guess it must be a pain to make good on a guarantee. Especially considering that the first repair didn?t stick.

Dakota came out to fix my oven that wasn’t working properly and did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired in no time. Highly recommend Wilson’s Home Solutions and will definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Wilson’s Home Solutions to repair my dryer. I was given a next day appointment. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He explained the problem, the repair and parts the he needed, and the cost which I felt was very reasonable. I was very happy with his work and will definitely use Wilson’s Home Solution again if needed.

Just wanted to say Thank You again for looking at my Refrigerator. You arrive on time and promptly. Examined the fridge and realized I needed a new part and was able to go and get it from the store and fixed it same day. Really Appreciate it. Awesome job!

Had a gathering the next day and noticed the refrigerator was icing up in bottom of my Maytag. Made calls no one could get this fixed until the next week. I did get a call from Dakota of Wilson’s Home Solutions and was able to get appointment same evening but called at about noon and could come earlier…yeah. Had to dismantle my frig melt the buildup of ice which took a while but he persevered and put in new part. Dakota was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue as a customer for all my appliance needs and highly recommend Dakota. Job well done. Thank You Dakota.

Dakota was a wonderful person to work with! He knew his stuff & he took time to explain it to me. The ice maker was fixed & he promised to come back within 30 days if the problem returned. He also came the same day I called! I put his card in a safe place in case we have any other repair issues!

I want to say again thank you for your service. Very prompt. Gave me a half phone call notice before arriving to my house. Looked at my microwave and saw I had blown fuse. Had to run out and retrieve the part. Explained everything to me in a very detail manner. I would gladly recommend his work to anyone else.
