BWC Construction Services

I cannot recommend BWC Construction based on our experience. We hired BWC for a porch/covered awning project beginning August 20. The existing porch was demolished and materials delivered. After that, communication and reliability became a serious problem. He asked for and recieved half of the quoted price, check cashed immediately. We were told the crew would return, but they did not show, and messages went unanswered. After I sent a formal email, a crew came for approximately three hours Tuesday. No one has returned since, and multiple requests for a work schedule and completion date have gone unanswered. Our home is now left with an unfinished, Delays happen, and people get sick?I understand that. What I don?t understand is the lack of communication. I simply want the contracted work completed and a reliable timeline. I will update this review if the situation is resolved, but based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend BWC Construction.

We hired BWC from Angi list. He and his crew, were professional and hard working. He returned our phone calls, answered all of our questions. The job was started and finished in the time frame, we agreed on. It looks absolutely fabulous & price was fare. We will definitely use him for any future jobs. Bryon's paint crew did an excellent job painting the outside of my house. It looks beautiful. I am very pleased.

He cannot be reached by his phone call. He's voice mail was full so you cannot leave a voice mail.

Bryon showed up promptly for the estimate. His workers were also prompt and got to work . They were efficient and professional. They made sure we were pleased with the finished project. We are so pleased with BWC, if we have more projects, we will definitely contact Bryon.

This company did everything well from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, gave excellent advice, were very speedy getting the work done and with high quality, meticulous craftsmanship. They cleaned up and power washed even my porch. They gave me an excellent price and there were no additional surprise costs. Bryon was very hands on supervising the project and talking with me. I can recommend them without reservation and plan to do more projects with them.

It was really great working with Bryon, he was very professional, sincere with his pricing, and overall great service. We had some weather hiccups but he and his team did a great job at working around it. We’re even thinking of hiring him for our pergola project. His team was very kind and hardworking, and they did the job pretty quick!

I really appreciate BWC’s urgency in getting my project completed. I needed two support pillars for my back porch replaced. One had been destroyed by termites and was on the verge of collapse. They replaced both pillars and even color matched paint to paint them. Bryon’s concern for safety and immediate response to taking care of my project was impressive. The price was very reasonable and the work when completed was professional. Both Bryon and the crew were personable and assuring. I felt very confident in the work plan discussion and in the completed job. When Bryon of BWC came to inspect the project, he immediately prioritized my project because of safety and structural integrity; his concerns for both of those issues gave me peace of mind and confirmed I had hired the right people for the job. Bryon went further and after seeing and discussing my project with me shortly returned with the supplies to complete the project! I was grateful. I definitely recommend them!

Bryon and his crew did a fantastic job on our lake house. They replaced my deck, added new skirting around craw space, and added medal panels to my gables. I did a lot of texting with Bryon throughout the project to keep me updated on progress. I would recommend. His pricing is very fair. If I have any other projects, I know who to call.

The concrete finishers did a great job and provided concrete, all required tools, concrete buggy and labor. These guys are highly recommended.

BWC Construction Services is a First- Rate company. The Owner came out and was very helpful in planning to project, yet he also accepted my input about my preferences and needs. He worked the plans to accommodate, my ideas. Thus, I was able to get a custom build at a great price. The workmen who built the ramp, were friendly, efficient, and got the job done. The even finished the job with a very attractive, oil-based stain. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the High Caliber of the work. The owner of BWC has an extensive background in large-scale, commercial projects, and the excellent results in my ramp reflect this knowledge. I am highly pleased with the result. BWC Construction installed a 560 sq ft wood and polycarbonite patio to our existing patio slab. Bryon took the measurements of our slab and had a bid ready that day. The construction and staining was completed on time and exceeded our expections. We have been enjoying our new patio on a daily basis. Thank you Bryon and your crew for a great job!

We had a 500 sq ft patio installed and stained. All work was completed in a timely manner. From the initial bid to completed project I was kept informed of the work progress. I would highly recommend this company for any project.

Bryon and his crew did a beautiful job replacing my old wood deck. He saved me some money by saving some of the foundation beams only replacing what was needed. He was able to give me a bid the day he visited me and gave me a drawing of what he would do. He was polite, friendly, helpful and true to his word. He also fixed a few details afterward for me. I am very pleased with my new deck and would highly recommend Bryon.
