I'm sorry you did not feel the value was worth 5 stars, the price was extremely inline with the service provided, again sorry you did not see that value. I was able to complete the inspection within a few hours of you requesting the inspection due to my proximity and already working on a Saturday. We met at the property and went through the issues, you received the report the same day and we spoke multiple times afterward regarding repairs and referrals that could complete the repairs (as we do not do repairs ourselves).
