Brian Carter is a scammer and thief. He was the con man salesman and sold my wife $25k of terrible landscaping and did not finish the job. Sheriff Ivey and other police departments are involved . He was the salesman for a .tree cutting and landscaping company. Both Brian and Winston worked on the job. Scammers and low lives.....Our opinion Brian Carter tried repeatedly to sell my wife a gun. Selling illegal gun sales?? She was suffering from a concussion and Brian conned her into a shoddy job. Uneducated Haitians were not supervised. They were contracted to put down 4 inches of top soil. We found out later they barely put down 1 inch. ATF and other Government agencies are involved. Brian Carter also took our lawn art to clean it . We never got it back. A Lawsuit a coming! Brian even your gun show buddies sold you out. Our Opinions backed by FACTS. ATF are looking for Brian Carter. Con Man Winston worked on this landscaping disaster.

Brian at WinTech is amazing!! I had both my front and back yards re—sodded. I had a lot more work done on the outside. - trees trimmed, other trees and flowers planted. I highly recommend Brian and his company.

Brian and his team are very professional and worked efficiently to install an water irrigation system, and new sod. They got the job done quickly and correctly. Brian explained everything that needed to be done and was very knowledgeable. He is responsive and I can still reach out to him if I have questions and he responds quickly.

Win Tech just completed a roughly 3 day project for me. I initially called them to 'clean up' my plants/shrubs/trees - but after talking to Brian I asked them to go farther. As a fairly recently divorced woman living alone - my property had started to slide. Brian's vision and his amazing team of workers took over and totally brought my property back to life!! Everything from the original trimming I had called them about - to resealing my driveway, fixing/cleaning my fountain and putting in all new brick borders that perfectly matched my house color. It looks amazing! He did many 'extra' touches that meant a lot too - including adding a palm to my beach area, adding some sod and fixing my lanai door (that always clunked). Brian has a great eye for detail and knows just how to handle a project. I will definitely call them again - and highly recommend them...
