Nightmare all the way around. Would not take no for an answer kept calling.... Finally windows were installed POORLY and it is hotter in the summer and colder now than it was before. Air leak and bad installation.

Hi, I am Jeff Hall, I hired Wintek and they installed new windows and doors on our house. I am writing this review because everyone needs to read it. I am a super picky fella and I have got to say there is not another company that cares about the quality of their product and their customers. Before you look for anyone else for your doors or windows, I suggest going with Wintek USA out of Hot Springs Arkansas. Our electric bill has dropped 130 dollars, no joke. Great work Paul, sincerely.
