James was 3 hours late and took a very long time, but the place is beautiful - really fantastic!!! Unfortunately, I had to ask that James leave because I needed to go - had already pushed back my appointment when he originally warned me he would be 2 hours late, but it ended being 3 hours late, so he could not finish. I hope he comes back to finish because if he had been on time he would have finished on time and saved me quite a bit of worry/juggling/waiting.

James is great! He went out of his way to fit us in after my now previous landscaper failed to show up. Our family pictures scheduled to be taken that weekend reflect his hard work. He did a great job.
