"We are terribly sorry this occurred. We utilized a certified chimney sweep sub-contractor & we were unaware he was going to charge you $100. He did tell me your chimney was clean and he charged for an inspection. He should have informed me that there was going to be an inspection charge plus mileage charge. Our sub-contractor lives 100 miles from Rock Springs. We are no longer offering this service due to your experience. Thank you Phyllis McCullough"
