Since opening Winding River Home Inspection & Consulting Services in 1999, I have had the opportunity to serve the Northern Colorado Front Range full-time through some of the best and worst real estate times in history. I wanted to set myself apart and integrate my diverse background so I pursued and obtained my National Residential Contractor Licensing in addition to my ITA Inspection Certification since home inspection licensing or even certification is not required in the State of Colorado. Through character building moments in my own life, I have found that when someone took the time to hear me and educate me, I was much happier with the outcomes and also realized that knowledge was power with the added benefit of decreased stress. I like making this difference for others. One of my greatest strengths is helping people work through challenges and create an environment with resources based on trust and experience.
