There's a reason we purchased all our house windows from them. Beyond great service, price, quality of install we used our lifetime warranty on broken panes few times last 10 yrs. So when they came to fix windows I decided to order new front door and it's everything we needed and wanted plus more. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a very positive experience in the purchase and installation of new windows from Window Concepts. The salesman was personable and had good knowledge of the product. They worked with us to set up an install date that allowed us to avoid the really cold weather. The install team was there exactly on time, worked fast and cleaned up everything when they left. I would recommend them

Did a good job but they had to come back four times. Wasn't happy with the finish which was the fourth time. They still hadn't come back. Had an disagreement with the owner. Salesman was excellent. Took a long time to get it in. No communication until the end

They were timely with our project, the installer was excellent and cleaned up after they were done including vacuuming. we are so happy with our windows that we are going to use them again to replace sliding glass door and front door.

Window seal leaking 3-year battle did not want to fix the deal with replacing the widow. Finally had to admit it was leaking. Now wants me to pay more. It is been leaking since the day it was installed. Do not buy from this company.

Our house was originally an army barrack from WW1 that was re-purposed into a fishing retreat in the 30s. 4 additions later and our home was "unique" to say the least. Rich spent hours going over details and brought in the siding installer before the work started to go over the complexities of our house. The end result was better than we could have hoped for. We are delighted in the outcome.
