6+ Room New Window Service
Had 6 new windows put in 2020, now one of the sliders has moisture in it, called them and they ordered a new one and now their saying we have to pay $125.00 an hour to have them come and switch it. Their saying the labor is covered under warranty. Don't buy from them!!!

Gregory Osland is the worst sales person w have ever encountered; he is emotionally immature and doesn't finish the job he says he will do (such as: checking into things, getting back to you, writing an email that is somewhat legible - super basic high schooler type work). After months of no updates from Greg, as he told us he would be our project manager/point person, there was very little transparency. When I'd reach out to him I either wouldnt get a response or when I did it would be ineligible: "sent from Iphone" type immaturity. Greg spelt my wife's name incorrectly on our contract and I was told "I cannot change her spelling." Gregs attention to detail is very poor, even before the contract was signed he said he would fix things and he didn't. Greg is extremely unprofessional and I've notified BBB of his latest behavior with me. Whether I cussed or not, Windows Concepts should have better front people who don't lie, gaslight, or treat customers like this. $20,000 down the drain.

I ordered the windows in August of 2021. They estimated delivery by February 1, 2022. It is mid March of 2022 and I still do not have my windows. They also will not return my calls or emails. They were happy to take and keep my $2,500 deposit last summer though.

Nice salesman, but you will pay double the price compared to Home Depot or smaller contractors. Their doors maybe a little nicer, but not worth double the price IMO.

I ordered my door on July 7th. Won't see it now until probably February. Customer service from the sales team is horrible. Communication and expectations are horrible. For what you pay for a door you can most certainly find a better business elsewhere.

We got an estimate for our entire home&s windows, 12 ft sliding patio door, and front door back in April. We were originally given a timeframe of 16-20 weeks. We had been bugging our sales rep Jesse for almost 2 months to give us an update. When we finally got an update from Adam, he explained that the window manufacturer was behind due to their warehouse needing to be shut down, but they expected our order to come in in the next week or two. We understand things happen, but that was a month ago we last had an update. I am hoping Adam will get back to us again soon. Very poor communication with this company. Additionally, we asked Jesse on 3 different occasions, in writing if the estimate we received was the correct price for ALL the windows and doors we wanted to order. He assured us, yes, yes, absolutely correct. Two days after we informed him we would be paying cash for the ENTIRE order, he hits us up explaining the estimate was wrong, and that he under estimated by $10,000. But as a favor, he'd be willing to drop it down to $4,000, just so he could earn a commission. It felt like a total bait and switch to us because this only became an issue after we told him we'd be paying cash. Jesse seems like a nice enough guy, but this really caught us off guard and didn't sit right with us. Since we had all already signed the contract after the *second* walkthrough of our home, they did honor the price we all originally agreed on. I understand mistakes happen, but I have a hard time believing a $10,000 miscalculation happened, especially when Jesse was explaining how seasoned he was in this field, but especially so with WC. I hope this isn't a standard practice with this company, as this situation was highly unusual. I am nervous about our installation, whenever that hopefully comes. I am happy to update this review once our windows and doors are installed. I really hope I can edit this review to reflect a better star rating once our job is complete.

I think that they are too pushy and not enough customer care and taking 100% upfront is just not good.

The work crew was excellent, they never stopped working. Our 7 windows were done in one day, no mess, they cleaned the yard up , even cleaned up in the house. People have stopped in to see the windows and everyone says how beautiful they are. Tow neighbors have inquired about using window concepts in the neighborhood. The windows are of excellent quality and we will never have to replace them because they have a lifetime warranty. We would use them over and over again.

The service after the installation is very poor. Two of the four windows installed had scratches on them. I have tried repeatedly to get help with this problem and no one returns my call. In fact, I cannot even talk to a real person, but have had to leave messages which are never acknowledged.

We had two windows added to our family room on either side of our fireplace. With the pandemic, there was a delay in the installation date, but the project was began and completed in one day. The installers had to remove the sheetrock on each side of the fireplace, cut studs and install a header. Outside, an opening was cut through the siding. The walls were rebuilt, sheetrock replaced and the windows fit like a glove. Inside and out, the windows are gorgeous. We were exceptionally pleased with the crew. We recently had new carpet installed and they took every precautions to complete the project and leave the family room in perfect condition.

Very good pricing. Initial steps were quicker than expected, from the initial sales to the Materials check. HOWEVER, it has taken quite some time to get a change order complete, haven took over 2 weeks to get back to me. But the sales Rep got back to me and is working with me at correcting the order. I do not have anything to comment on the work quality yet since the actual window replacement has not due to start yet.

Although we realized there would be a long delay because of the pandemic, it was exacerbated by 3 of the windows having been mismeasured. So more waiting for them to be reordered. But the windows themselves are great and the installers were excellent.

I am very happy with the new tub unit installed by Window Concepts! I was constrained to a standard tub footprint, but Window Concepts has a wonderful deep soaker that fits standard length. The tub-to-ceiling wall panels, and matching built-in shelves, give my bath/shower a very luxurious and spacious feel. I love the height of the faucet knob - I don't have to lean down to control the water. My installer arrived each day at the agreed upon time, was VERY respectful of my home with drop cloths from entry door to the installation site and did a very nice job with the installation. I did have to do dust clean-up myself: surfaces as well as walls and into the adjoining bedroom, so be prepared for that (remove anything that you don't want to clean!), but otherwise it was all perfect. Window Concepts was able to make my small bathroom have a luxury retreat feel that I am enjoying every day!

The sales person who came out was overall nice, but they were definitely aggressive with wanting us to sign a contract, or they would not offer the same pricing if we shopped around. We ended up going with them because the product was priced well for what we were receiving. They need up giving us an additional discount since we were fine with having the door installed in January or February when the slowed down. January and February came and went and no door was installed. I ended up calling numerous times asking for a status, and they kept saying that the door was not in. Mind you we ordered the door back in early November. At one point we were even told they had no where our door was. Also was told on multiple occasions we would get a call back with a status and never did. They finally came to install the door at the end of March. The guys that came out were very nice and luckily the site manager double-checked with is on the threshold for the door as the order they received said we would be installing it which was not supposed to be the case, we had only agreed to do the trim inside. They were able to make it work with spare parts they had in the truck and even added some trim to help rectify the situation. Overall I would say the issues we are with the customer service/ sales side. The construction crew was the only redeeming factor.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company. They do not deliver what they promise. I did an energy audit and was told new Windows would be helpful. Listening to the sales rep sounded like the windows would be great and air would not be a problem with getting into the room from the windows. They were installed and not only air but frost on the inside of the window during the winter. The reps from the company called twice and one said they would send a tech out to look at the windows, still waiting after 5 years.

We ordered and paid for our door on March 6th with the promise that it would be completed within the month... It was just installed in the middle of JUNE. The crew that put the door in was AMAZING. The journey to GET that crew to install the door was a nightmare.

The whole process of getting and installing the new windows was pretty smooth. The salesman gave a good demonstration of the windows. I got 4 windows- 2 for a bedroom and 2 for the living room. The day of installation, Joe installed all 4 on his own. I was very amazed on how fast, efficient, and well done job he did. Once the last window was installed, I felt immediate effects. My house became very snug and no drafts! When the inspector came out, he was very impressed especially on the outside. He said it was a job well done. Since the installment, I am still enjoying a non-drafty home! I would definitely recommend and contact the company again if I need any more windows.

Window Concepts installed an atrium door from my kitchen to my new deck, replacing a warped and rather outdated sliding door, which are so 1990s! This is our second project with WC of MN; they installed a front door in my custom built home in 2008, and now the atrium door in my condo. Great Amish built quality. Really great!

I have been utterly shocked at the lack of craftsmanship, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service I have received from Window Concepts. If you're looking for a company to put in a shoddy door, then fail repeatedly to answer/return your phone calls only to schedule a follow-up and then not show up (on four separate occasions) - Window Concepts is your company. We hired WC after the salesman made a compelling pitch. Living in a 100+-year-old house, our entry door was going to need some expertise to finesse the new door in. We were assured that their installers were well versed in old homes and would make everything look perfect upon completion. Well, that's not at all what happened. The installer showed up, put in about half a day's work, and then called to say that the stupid (not his exact words... but this is more kid-friendly) salesman hadn't adequately prepped him for the job. He assured us he'd be back the next week to finish up. We then heard nothing. Contacted the scheduler, who on three different dates assured us the installer would be back. No call. No show. Finally, 25 days later (all the while our door was tacked in place letting, drafty, and unusable), he did come after (I assume) being threatened to have his pay withheld. The work he did was absolutely awful. Awful. There was caulking everywhere, the shims under the threshold were exposed, the door trim didn't remotely match what we had (some crappy bent metal up against our 100-year-old oak) and the steel wrap around the outside was the wrong color. After letting Window Concepts know about our complaints, we were told that they had never seen such a low level of craftsmanship. To quote one response from WC, " I'm shocked in the so-called finished work. I have to say I have never seen a job of his even close to this." We were assured they'd get it taken care of. They were supposed to be out this Wednesday. Again, no call. No show. When I followed up I found out that the correct wrap had not been ordered. Today, I received a "Thank You" card from them and my first bill. You can imagine how thrilled that made me. So, in summary, we had a miserable installation, terrible follow up from the scheduler and the service manager, and more than a month and a half later are yet to have a completed front door. There are so many companies out there - there's no need to risk having the experience we've had by choosing Window Concepts. Go with someone else.
