It took 19 weeks and 5 days from the time I paid the deposit until the windows were installed. Was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. I always had to call them. They never called to update me about any delay. It was only after threatening legal action did the windows magically appear. The install crew had to be called back out because they left a mess in my yard and driveway.

We were given a very reasonable quote to replace 10 wooden windows with energy efficient vinyl windows. There was a delay installing them due to it raining all month in Feb. and then the COVID-19 virus pandemic. They were finally able to install them today. Zach and Coby did a fantastic job! They were professional, polite and thorough. We highly recommend them.

Not only did he do an excellent job with our project(s), he was also very helpful with other things that I needed help with; he had helped me find another roofing company to help me and I really appreciated that. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them.
